Bananarama Goes To Number One With This Remake

Hey Gang,

On this day in 1986 the next British Invasion was in full swing as three hot girls from England hit number one on the charts.  It makes sense that they did, since women are from here anyway.

Bananarama released their third LP "True Confessions" in 1986, and it contained the hit "Venus".  Of course "Venus" was first taken to the top of the charts by The Shocking Blue.  Which version do you like better?  I'll let yo do some comparison shopping as it were.
